Sunland Village East Winter Social

As winter approaches we are excited that our community residents will be returning!  So mark your calendars everyone as we have reserved the auditorium for our Welcome Back Social Tuesday Nov 9th. The HOA hosts fried chicken and asks everyone to bring a side to serve 10. The more the merrier so we invite Garden Garden 3 to join us. I am in GA and am seeking someone to stand in for me. Seeking volunteers to set up and clean up too. I may be back in AZ by then but my prep time will be very short or not at all. If this is something you would be willing to help with please call me. Summer Landscape Update

Summer Grass Update We have a problem in some common grass areas in Garden Condos 1-2 where summer grass will not grow. In answer to this situation, we have highlighted an area along the Baseline wall and another patch along the Lindner Circle wall that are desperately in need of attention. We are planting St. Augustine sod on a section of the Lindner wall as an experiment as to if this would be a good solution for the remaining problem areas. Unfortunately the Baseline wall and other problem areas will still be bare this summer. We will be able to address these areas next year as funds permit. We appreciate your patience in this matter. Light Globes - What do we do if one is out?

The light globes pictured in the attachment are the lights the HOA maintains. If your Globe Security bulb is out, please contact First: Michael Cain 702-429-2051 Rick Daily 480-219-2243 or 602-689-5661 Paul Courtney 515-419-0959 or hello@heywoodmanagement.com   It’s the Association’s responsibility to change the bulbs in the globes. The above listed volunteers are the only ones authorized to change the bulbs. Homeowners are also not to change the bulbs out to colored ones.  The porch light at your door is the homeowner’s responsibility since it is turned off and on from inside the condo. If the fixture needs replacing, please contact one of the above volunteers to match the fixture as close as we can. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to buy the fixture and a volunteer listed above can install the new fixture.  Your cooperation is appreciated.
