Summer Grass Update
We have a problem in some common grass areas in Garden Condos 1-2 where summer grass will not grow.
In answer to this situation, we have highlighted an area along the Baseline wall and another patch along the Lindner Circle wall that are desperately in need of attention.
We are planting St. Augustine sod on a section of the Lindner wall as an experiment as to if this would be a good solution for the remaining problem areas.
Unfortunately the Baseline wall and other problem areas will still be bare this summer. We will be able to address these areas next year as funds permit.
